Overview

Judai' al-Kirmani, leader of the Yemeni and Rabi'a forces in Khurasan during the Abbasid revolution. 2

The arena of Khurasan

Taqqush says that four forces were in the arena: the Umayyad state led by Nasr ibn Sayyar; the Yemeni and Rabi'a under Judai'; the Harurite Kharijites under Shayban al-Harurî; and the Abbasid revolution led by Abu Muslim. 2

With Abu Muslim

Abu Muslim cooperated with Judai', then with his son Ali, and with Shayban al-Harurî, to overthrow the Umayyads. Then he sowed discord between the Umayyad governor and the tribal chiefs, and got rid of Shayban and the two sons of Judai', Ali and Uthman. 2
