Summary
Athea Iqbal is an educator and mentor, and the founder of Balanced Muslima, an Islamic education platform for Muslim women. She describes herself as a mother, educator and mentor driven to help Muslim women slow down, reflect and grow with intention rather than pressure. 1
The platform
Through Balanced Muslima she offers the Reset Circle, a private monthly programme of deeper learning and live connection; balance and well-being workshops; one-to-one mentoring for women wanting personalised guidance; and talks for masjids, schools and community groups. Her teaching brings together Qur'an, Sunnah, the essentials of the religion, heart purification, character and Islamic psychology, and the platform's wider writing covers topics such as the names of Allah, charity, modesty and the lives of women in Islamic history. 1
