Overview

Al-Hasan ibn Harun, one of the companions of Ibn Muqla. 2

Plotting against al-Qahir

He and Ibn Muqla were hiding from al-Qahir, who was seeking them. They corresponded with the commanders of the Sajiyya and the Hajariyya, warning them of his malice, and reminding them of his breaches again and again, such as his killing of Mu'nis, Biliyaq and Ibn Dis after swearing oaths to them, until they deposed him in 322 AH. 2
