Overview
Abu Shakir al-Daysani, whom Ibn al-Nadim mentions among the leading speaking heads of the Manichaeans. 2
In Ibn al-Nadim
Ibn al-Nadim says he outwardly showed Islam and inwardly concealed heresy, and that he claimed to know hadith. He and other heretics wrote books defending the doctrine of the two principles, and their doctrines were refuted by the theologians. 2
This is Ibn al-Nadim's description alone, and the claim is attributed to him. A second source is needed.
