Summary
Malik said: brothers in a contract are like children, when they are all contracted in one contract, and none of them has a child contracted with them or born during their contract; then the brothers inherit from each other. If one of them has a child born during the contract or contracted with them, and one of them dies leaving property, all that they owe of the contract is paid on their behalf and they are freed, and the surplus of the property after that belongs to his child, not his brothers. 1
