Summary
Malik said of a contract slave who fell seriously ill and wanted to pay all his instalments to his master so that his free heirs would inherit from him, and he has no child in his contract: that is lawful for him, because by that his sanctity is completed, and his testimony, his acknowledgement of what he owes to people, and his bequest are admissible. His master may not refuse it by saying: he is fleeing from me with his property. 1
