Summary
Malik said of a man who inherits a contract of manumission slave from his wife, with her son: if the contract slave dies before completing his contract, they divide his inheritance by the Book of God. If he pays his contract and then dies, his inheritance goes to the wife's son, and the husband has no share of it. 1
