Overview
In 74 AH al-Hajjaj ibn Yusuf demolished the structure of the Ka'ba that Ibn al-Zubayr had built. Ibn al-Zubayr had included the Hijr and made two doors for it. Al-Hajjaj restored it to its first building. 1
