أبو بكر عبد العزيز (غلام الخلال)

خلاصہ

عبدالعزیز بن جعفر بن احمد بن دارا، جو غلام الخلال کے نام سے معروف ہیں، مذہب کی فقہ میں «الشافی» اور «التنبیہ» کے مصنف تھے ¹. انہوں نے خرقی کی مختصر کے اپنے نسخے پر لکھا کہ خرقی نے ساٹھ ایسے مسائل میں اس سے اختلاف کیا جن کا نام نہیں لیا۔ قاضی ابو الحسین ابن الفراء نے اس کی تحقیق کی تو وہ اٹھانوے مسائل نکلے ². ان کی وفات سنہ 363ھ میں ہوئی ¹.
